Our founding chairman, forever in our memory 1942 – 2010.
Winston Fubara Dublin-Green was born on 3rd January, 1942. He has his early education at St. Cyprian’s Anglican School, Port-Harcourt. He attended Urhobo College, Warri and the University of Ibadan, Ibadan. He was a scholar and graduated with a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Geology in 1968. He also bagged a post graduate Diploma in Petroleum Technology. He had a long span of active working career with several establishments including Gulf Oil Company, Phillips Oil Company, Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Vienna Austria, the NNPC and the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR). He was elevated to the post of the Director of Petroleum Resources in August 1994. In the course of his career, he was given special assignments by the Federal Government. He was Chairman, Board of Directors of Solus/Schall Oceaneering Nigeria Ltd., Chairman of the Governing Council of Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Chairman of Petroleum Development Fund (PTDF). He was also the Chairmen of World Petroleum Congress (Nigerian Chapter, 1998). Winston Fubara Dublin-Green had a strong Christian upbringing, which was evident in his membership of the Choir of St. Cyprian’s Anglican Church, Port-Harcourt. He was an Anglican to the core throughout his life and worshipped regularly at Our Saviour’s Church, Lagos. He was also a member of St. Stephens Cathedral Church, Bonny, Rivers State.

Tony is a Solicitor and Advocate for many years of practice. He is also an infrastructure and development policy analyst. He holds degrees in Law and others from several Universities. As a promoter and director, he brings in some desired network and international exposure in the affairs of the company. He is married with children.

Michael is a successful business owner with over two decades of experience in security operations management, first as a Royal Marine Commando and then globally in the shipping and security sectors, with a particular focus on maritime security and operational processes in the Gulf of Guinea, Indian Ocean, South East Asia, and the Middle East. Michael is an expert on West Africa and has advised UK government departments, NGOs and the shipping sector on security in the region. Michael’s commercial background, supported by his knowledge of the maritime, commodities and insurance sectors and his government and military links across the region bring a great depth of experience to Secured Oil & Gas. He is the CEO / GMD of Africa Risk Compliance Ltd, www.arcafrica.com.

With Background in Business Management, Femi has honed his passion for the computer by becoming a web developer after his first degree. With several websites and web applications under his belt, he has experience with managing IT infrastructures, configuring servers and hosting technologies, skillful in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, Drupal, Magento, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Blogging and eCommerce applications.

Mr. Akpan, Ededem Jack was the Chief Financial Officer/Acting Chief Operating Officer of Kaniex Oil and Gas Ltd. He is a Chartered Accountant of many years’ experience. Before joining Kaniex Oil and Gas Ltd, he was at Inter-Bau Construction Ltd; a major civil and mechanical engineering company where he had responsibilities for the Company`s Financial Accounting and Reporting. Prior to this, he had held the role of Group Finance Manager in G-Eurafric Group; a group of companies with interest in Oil and Gas, Aviation, Power Generation, Shipping, Engineering. In this role, Mr. Akpan, Ededem Jack was responsible for the Financial Control function of the Group.

Mr. Akpan, Ededem Jack joined G-Eurafric Group Ltd from Gap Energy Resources Ltd where he was a Finance Manager and later General Manager. Before this, he was at Dizengoff West Africa(Nigeria) Ltd, a Subsidiary company of Balton CP Group-United Kingdom, where he held the position of Senior Accountant. He was responsible for General Ledger Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations and Financial Reporting. Prior to Dizengoff West Africa(Nigeria) Ltd, Mr. Akpan, Ededem Jack worked with Tanzila Petroleum Company Ltd as Chief Accountant where he was responsible for overall Financial and Accounting functions. Mr. Akpan, Ededem Jack also worked as an Accountant with AIM Group Ltd; owners of Cool FM, Waziobia FM, Nigeria Info FM Radio Stations, Wazobia Max Cable Television Station, Cool link Nig. Ltd(ISP), AIM Consultants Ltd (Engineering and Architectural Consulting firm), Narelli International Ltd (Real Estate and Facility Management Company), General Foods and Sweets Manufacturing Company (Owner of Chocolat Royal Restaurants).

He is an associate of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association(ISACA)-USA.He has more than 15 years’ work experience in multinational and multi-disciplinary organizations.

Akpan, Ededem Jack has attended several senior management and leadership programs and seminars at Leading and top business and professional institutions.

He holds a B.Sc in Accounting from Imo State University, Masters of Business Administration(MBA) in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria, Master of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria. He is currently a PhD research student at the University of Nigeria.
